Kitayama Odaisugi is estimated to be 400 years old, making it the oldest and largest tree in the area.
Nakagawa is the only area in the world where lumber is produced from coniferous trees, and people from all over the world visit here to learn about the tree-planting system.
In the afternoon, we will visit Kayabuki-no-Sato, a village that retains the very original scenery of Japan.
Along the way, you will pass through Shuzan Kaido, a winding road that is popular among locals.
